Huglues was raised in the middle of a family of singers living in Alges. Even before he started to play any instrument, he and his sister could already express themselves musically by their own voices singing. At the moment he is also part of the band THE PLOT (the band who plays the current Vodafone jingle) still on touring. He was also the former member of VENTUS band where he was the main composer, guitarist and leading vocalist. His taste for music goes to rock, folk and blues. Leaving the rock and folk to VENTUS, Huglues explores his blues roots to the edge on the Dêsso Blues Gang project. The band always expects improvement of every song they come up by Huglues musical gift. When playing live Huglues main instrument is the slide guitar, guitar and harmonica, but he is frequently seen also as a drummer playing the Peter Green song "Looking for somebody".

Note to keep in mind: Try to close your eyes when he plays acoustic, and you will see for sure the essence of Blues in a way you've never seen before.
